Our goal at Aladin Beauty / aladinbeauty.nl is to promptly and securely deliver your Korean beauty, hair and skin care products right to your door. Below you will find all information about our shipping costs, delivery schedules and carrier options.
Order Processing: Orders are processed as soon as payment has been received.
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code so you can follow your shipment.
Buyer Protection: We aim to provide a secure shopping experience and handle your purchase with care from checkout to delivery.

We ship within the Netherlands via GLS and PostNL.

Delivery Logistics
1. Estimated Delivery Schedules
- Belgium and the Netherlands: your package usually arrives within 1 to 2 working days.
- Germany: the average delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.
- Luxembourg, France and Italy: your order usually arrives within 2 to 3 working days.
- Portugal and Spain: shipping to mainland destinations usually takes 3 to 5 working days.
- United Kingdom: delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days.
Please note that these are estimates provided by our carriers. Delivery may take slightly longer during busy shopping periods, public holidays or unforeseen courier delays.
2. Modifying or Cancelling Your Order
To ensure fast delivery, we aim to process and pack orders as quickly as possible. If you notice that you need to change the items in your order or your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@aladinbeauty.nl.
Unfortunately, once our warehouse has prepared your parcel for shipment, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations.
3. Custom Orders & Pre-Orders
Some items require extra care, such as pre-order beauty bundles or personalised products. These are often reserved or prepared especially for you, so we cannot change designs or products once the order has been confirmed in our system.
4. Delivery Inconsistencies & Missing Packages
- As a first step, please contact the local carrier agency (GLS or PostNL) if your track & trace status shows that your order has been delivered, but you cannot find it. They often have GPS coordinates or extra details about the delivery location.
- If the courier cannot resolve the issue, please contact our support team at info@aladinbeauty.nl, so that we can start an investigation on your behalf.
5. Missed Delivery Attempts
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your parcel with a direct neighbour or deliver it to a nearby service point.
In some cases, a second delivery attempt will be scheduled for the following day. We always recommend checking your personal track & trace link for the most up-to-date instructions from the carrier.
